The IE binder is constructed of high-grade supported vinyl featuring heat sealed edges. The IE features a velcro clasp for closure and content protection. Inside there is a large front pocket for storing loose documents and a business card pocket. It also features an integral pen loop and aligned scratch pad. This planner is a 3 hole system with nickel plated rings.

The IE Time Management System Planner includes seven useful sections printed on recycled paper: the Daymax tabbed Month-At-A-View Calendar, the Journal, the Agenda, the Address Directory, the Things-to-Do, the Itinerary, and the Account Ledger. A SKILCRAFT® pen is included along with a vinyl zippered utility pouch, a vinyl business/credit card holder, a snap-out ruler/page mark, and a heavy gauge sheet lifter.
