All products purchased via the Daymax website, mail order catalogs, or through our Customer Service Department and returned within 30 days of purchase, will be accepted for refunds and exchanges. Products must be in original condition.

To Return Merchandise:

Simply indicate the reason for your return, provide customer information, and list the items you are returning on the reverse side of the packing slip with your return. Wrap the package securely, and send the package to the address listed below. For your protection, we recommend that you return your product using an insured method of shipping. Daymax is not liable for lost packages.

Refunds on Shipping Charges:

We will refund shipping charges only if we have sent the wrong item or the item is defective.

NOTE: No credit will be issued for any customized product that is returned. It is important that you carefully review your logo and/or name plate information prior to submitting your order to ensure your approval before it is created.
