
Q. What is the JWOD Program?
A. The JWOD program is a Federal procurement initiative
that generates employment and training opportunities for people with
severe disabilities. The purchase of high quality JWOD products
leads to more productive and independent living for persons with
disabilities.
Q. Is Daymax a JWOD manufacturer?
A. Yes, Daymax is a JWOD producer. We have served
the Federal buyer with quality products since 1974. See About

Q. This is my first planner, should I order one with a zipper closure?
A. This is a personal choice. The zippered version, (LE, Camo,
DoD), or the velcro clasp, (IE or JR), appeal to those who work
out of the office or keep their planner with them. For desktop use,
the open design of the GLE may be best. Please read the product
descriptions to find the planner which meets your needs.
Q. Will Daymax Calendar Refills and accessories fit my current planner?
A. If your binder takes a 5-1/2" x 8-1/2"
page size, we have both 3 or 7 ring refills. Please see our Cross

Q. I need ample note space, what does the calendar
look
like?
A. There are three versions of Daymax calendars: the Month-at-a-View,
the Week-at-a-View, and the Day-at-a-View. Select the one which

Q. How can I pay for my purchase?
A. The easiest way is with your Government Purchase Card. Daymax
also accepts most commercial credit cards, personal checks, or money
orders. See Ordering.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Most orders are processed and shipped the next
business day. Based on transit time, your order should arrive in 14 to
30 days. Upon request, orders can be expedited. On rare occasions, product
may be temporarily out of stock, in which case you will be notified.
